Pet Blow Molding Machine Bronco 2000 Supra

Designation and description of operation Reheat stretch blow molding machine BRONCO 2000 is designed for production of bottles and jars made of polyterephthalate ethylene type PET. Depending on the fitted mold and type of preforms used it is possible to make PET bottles and jars of various shapes and volumes ( from 0.3 to 5 l ), that meet the standards for foodstuff packagings and household chemicals. The semi-finished product used is a preform having a suitable weight depending on the size and shape of the final product. The machine is fully automated and use of microprocessor control provides constant close watching of operation of particular devices. The control panel, voltmeters and regulator unit located on the control cabinet make it easy to watch and change all the parameters during normal operation. In case of an emergency situation the system is automatically locked and a message referring to the cause of stoppage is displayed.
